6. Payment Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1PENTESTING LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1PenTesting Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Services ceases immediately
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
